We are open all year
Bed & Breakfast, from £30.00 to £44.00*per person per night according to room and season. The cost includes a full English breakfast, or vegetarian equivalent and the use of passes for the Low Wood leisure complex during your stay. Single occupancy of double rooms occasionally available mid-week. Full room rate for single occupancy at peak times and weekends.
*Please note that we normally only take a minimum of two nights during weekends. Note that New Year and bank holidays are subject to a slightly higher tariff and require a minimum of a three night stay.

Children are welcome, and those aged 12 and under are charged at half price in a family room when sharing with two adults. Due to having several family-sized flexible rooms, we can accommodate and welcome large groups of varying types.
All major debit and credit cards are welcome. We regret we do not accommodate pets.
When booking, we ask for full address and debit /credit card details to secure a booking. Although we do not take any monies from your account at this stage, we reserve the right in the event of cancellation to take the cost of the first night's stay. If we can fully re-let your room, then there will be no further costs to you. If we are unable to re-let the room, you will be liable for the portion we are unable to re-let. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality of you needing to cancel.
